PURPOSE:To facilitate the film loading operation, holding of flatness and position adjustment by providing a film holding means having plural projections and perforated plate and a means moving the means. CONSTITUTION:A holder 202 with a holding mechanism 101 of a position adjusting mechanism 201 loaded thereto is supported to a film stage 6 movably via rails 203a, 203b fixed to the film stage 6 and balls 204a, 204b and moved minutely horizontally by a fine adjustment member 207. Guide pins 103a-103d fitted to the perforation of the film to position the film are provided to the holder member 103 in the holding members 102, 103 of the holding mechanism 101 and glass plates 104, 105 are used to keep the flatness of the film and fixed to the holding members 102, 103. Thus, the film flatness is kept and the position is regulated by the guide pin and the position is changed optionally by the positioning mechanism.
