PURPOSE:To greatly improve the dependency on a temperature of the insulating characteristics of an insulating liquid and to remarkably improve the insulating characteristics at a high temperature by insulating an electric apparatus with the insulating liquid wherein a pressurized and filled insulating gas is dissolved. CONSTITUTION:An electric apparatus 1 is housed in a hermetic and pressure- tight container 4 and a pressure-tight tank 5 connected to the container 4 by a connecting tube 6 is provided on the top plate 4a of the container 4. An insulating liquid 2 is enclosed in the container 4 and an insulating gas 3 is pressurized and filled in the tank 5. These greatly improve the dependency on a temperature of the insulating characteristics of the liquid 2 and remarkably improve the insulating characteristics at the time of a high temperature.
