PRODUCTION OF CERAMICS SUPERCONDUCTOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve shape preservation property in sintering, by forming a surface layer of a shaped body using a raw material containing group IIa elements of the periodic table in a smaller amount than that in the interior thereof and increasing the melting point of the surface layer from that of the interior. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is containing one or more group IIa elements of the periodic table is shaped into a given form. The content of the group IIa elements of the periodic table in the surface layer of the shaped body is reduced from that in the interior thereof. Thereby sintering of the shaped body is carried out in a state of the higher melting point of the surface layer than that in the interior thereof.
