PURPOSE:To shorten a mixing time and to simplify an apparatus, by a method wherein several kinds of compounded fluids are gathered to be allowed to flow in one flow passage and the flow thereof is allowed to impinge against a collision plate to be diffused in an entire angle direction on said plate and the diffused streams are again gathered in one flow passage to be emitted under mixing. CONSTITUTION:Several kinds of liquids A-C are respectively pumped up to be allowed to flow in an inflow passage 11 by predetermined quantities under pressure through the valves 21A-21C controlled by a controller 25. The compounded liquid LC allowed to flow out collides with a collision plate 12 provided so as to be almost right-angled to the outflow direction to diffuse in every direction on the surface of the plate 12. Then, the diffused streams reach the outer peripheral edge part of the plate 12 and falls along the edge thereof to be concentrated to the under surface and are gathered in the outflow passage 14 provided to the central part thereof. This diffusing and mixing action is repeated on the plates 12 provided in a multistage fashion and the liquids are guided to the emitting flow passage 16 in a nozzle 15 in an effectively mixed state to be emitted from the orifice of the nozzle. |
