PURPOSE:To reduce a manufacturing cost and to prevent the generation of burrs by fitting the binding means having the tooth profile recessed part in the same shape as a die tooth profile into both end faces of a die and press- fitting the end face of a binding plate by the press-fitting means provided on a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The die 10 for form-rolling is inserted into the sleeve 60 having a flange 62 and binding means 20, 21 are arranged on the both shaft end faces of the tooth part 11 of the die as well. In this case, the recessed parts 202, 212 for tooth profile in the same shape as that of the die 10 are formed as the binding means 20, 21. The end faces 201, 211 of the binding means 20, 21 are then strongly press-fitted via the press-fitting means composed of a nut 70 to the side faces 110, 111 of a die tooth 11. Since the tooth width of the die 10 can thus be reduced the manufacturing cost is reduced and the binding means 20, 21 are strongly press-fitted to the side face of the die tooth 11 by a press-fitting means 70, hence the burr generation at rolling time is prevented. |
