PURPOSE:To suppress the deterioration of the frequency characteristic comprising a resistor and the parasitic capacitance of a transistor (TR) by forming a feedback loop across the resistor in the inside of a DC level shift circuit. CONSTITUTION:The DC level shift circuit 30 consists of TRs 3a-3e, a resistor 10, a TR 11, resistors 12, 3f, and a bias section 13. That is, in the DC level shift circuit 30, a loop decreasing the deterioration in the frequency characteristic due to the parasitic capacitance is formed by a path of a 2nd TR 3c, a shift circuit, and a base and a collector of a 3rd TR 3b so as to improve the frequency characteristic of the base of the TR 3a. Thus, even when a resistor is used for the DC level shift circuit, the frequency characteristic is not deteriorated.
