<p>NEW MATERIAL:An antibody produced by hybridoma containing cholangiocar cinoma-originated strain HEK as an immunogen. Ig class (subclass), IgM (K); recognition antigen type, secretor antigen; reactivity with cancer cell, positive to esophageal carcinoma TE-1, pulmonary carcinoma PC-3, gastric carcinoma MKV-45, cholangiocarcinoma HEK, etc. USE:Diagnostic agent useful for early diagnosis and follow-up investigation of cancer. It can be applied to targeting therapy, etc., by conjugating with a carcinostatic agent. PREPARATION:An animal such as mouse is immunized by using a cholangiocarcinoma-originated strain HEK as a immunogen and an antibody- producing cell is separated from the immunized animal. The cell is fused with myeloma cell and the obtained hybridoma is cloned and screened to obtain a clone producing the objective antibody. Finally, the clone is cultured e.g. in a peritoneal cavity of mouse to produce the objective antibody.</p> |
