PURPOSE:To enable the high-decorative molding in which the irregular shape cross section with different color-part is variable along its longitudinal direction, to be formed by a method in which the variable width part changing its width along the longitudinal direction is formed, and the resin on the part where adhering means is not formed, is separated along notches, whereby a different color-part is formed. CONSTITUTION:The metallic profile 4 from which the protecting film 4b for the part 9 becoming bent part is separated, is heated in a heating device 21, and adhesive layers 11, 11a are activated. Then, the profile is extrusion-formed through an extrusion-forming die 22. The resin part 23 with constant cross section shape is integrally formed and fixed onto the whole surface except specified width part of the protecting film. Thus, the molding member 24 is obtained. On this molding member 24, notches 26, 27 are formed along the border line between the adhesive layers 11, 11a and the protecting film 4 by two roller cutters 25. The molding member 24 having been cut in a prescrived length forms the variable width part 33 changing its width on the upper surface and the bent part 34 on the side surface, while the part 7 becoming the variable width part is cut along a cutting line 31, and is bent along a bending line 32. Finally, the whole including resin part 23c is separated therefrom along the notches 26, 27. The metallic strip 1 of the variable width part 33 is exposed, whereby a different color-part is formed. |
