PURPOSE:To prevent partial combustion and tile crack due to internal leakage and keep cell efficiency high by letting fuel gas or oxidation gas flow out through a passage leading to outside if internal leakage of it happens. CONSTITUTION:By letting oxidation gas flow in a flow passage hole 5 for oxidation gas supply and fuel gas flow in a flow passage hole 6 for fuel gas supply, the fuel gas FG passes through an overlapped part space 16 between a corrugated plate 11 and a frame plate 12a of cell in each stage to a central part of the corrugated plate 11 being uniformly led through a flow route 9 in transverse direction to a corrugated gas flow route and led from a central route 9 and a route 9 at the side of discharge flow passage hole 8 to the discharge flow passage hole 8, from where discharged. On the other hand, oxidation gas OG passes through an overlapped part space 17 between the corrugated plate 11 and a frame plate 12b being led to the rear side of the corrugated plate 11 and being uniformly distributed by a route 10 formed in the corrugated plate 11 and is discharged through a flow passage hole 7 for discharge at the opposite side. |
