摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain an aminooligonucleotide using for fluorescent labeling, in high purity, by protecting an amino group to be subjected to fluorescent labeling and other active groups with different protecting groups in the synthesis of an aminooligonucleotide. CONSTITUTION:For example in the synthesis of an oligonucleotide, methyl, o-fluorophenyl, benzoyl, isobutyryl, etc., are used as the protecting groups for amino group of phosphoric acid and base part and monomethoxytrityl (mTr) is bonded as a protecting group for amino group to which a fluorescent material is to be bonded. The synthesized oligonucleotide is subjected to e.g. ammonia treatment to eliminate the protecting groups other than mTr and the product is treated with a reversed phase silica gel column to separate an oligonucleotide containing mTr. An unprotected oligonucleotide can be produced by treating the mTr-containing oligonucleotide with an acid.</p>
