PURPOSE:To rotate a nozzle bed with the smaller power and shock by directly supporting a nozzle carrier on drive mechanisms and rotating a group of nozzles guiding a wire centering the tip with the drive mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:A wire W is hooked on a pin 14, a nozzle bed 13 is rotted by 90 deg. centering an axis passing the tip of a nozzle 12 by drive mechanisms 30-39, the wire W is hooked on the terminal 18A of a bobbin 10, then its vicinity is cut by the movement of a cutter 14, and the wire W remaining on the pin 14 is removed by a wire discharger. Next, the nozzle bed 13 is rotated by 90 deg. in the opposite direction, the wire W is extracted on a core 15, a spindle 11 is rotated, the nozzle bed 13 is reciprocated, and the wire W is wound on the core 15. When the preset turns of the wire W are wound, the rotation of the spindle 11 is stopped, the nozzle bed 13 is rotated to the original position, the wire W is extracted to a terminal 18B and hooked, then the nozzle bed 13 is moved to the pin 14. Accordingly, the nozzle bed can be rotated with small power.
