PURPOSE:To improve the lubricant film treatment efficiency by introducing a lubricant film treatment liquid for cold drawing into the tube inside from a tube end and discharging the liquid from the other tube end and then introducing and discharging water in the same method as the above method. CONSTITUTION:A delivery pump 1 and a sucking pump 2 are prepared for a coiled metal tube 11 and tanks 5-9 respectively containing an acid, water, a film forming liquid, a neutralizing liquid, and a waste liquid are also installed. First, the acid solution in the acid tank 5 is introduced into the inside of the tube 11 by the pump 1 to pickle the tube 11 and the acid solution is discharged from the tube 11 through the pump 2. After water washing is performed for the tube 11 in the same way, the film forming liquid is introduced into the tube 11 from the film forming liquid tank 7 and the liquid is discharged from the tube 11 to perform a film forming treatment. Then, the neutralizing liquid treatment and drying are performed to finish the preparatory treatment for cold drawing. The treatment efficiency is improved because the lubricant film treatment is performed with the tube 11 being coiled.
