PURPOSE:To reduce the occupying ratio of a power line to a wiring region in a semiconductor device formed in a standard cell type by providing an alignment cell for shifting a power cell between the cells. CONSTITUTION:Wiring regions 121, 122 are formed among cell rows 111-113 made of a plurality of cells 13. A power cell 14 for connecting a power line, and an alignment cell 17 for linearly disposing the cell 14 by shifting the cell 14 are disposed between the cells 13 and 13. Power lines 15, 16 are wired linearly through the cell 14 on the regions 121, 122. Thus, since the lines 15, 16 can be linearly formed, the occupying ratio of the lines 15, 16 to the regions 121, 122 can be reduced to enhance the wiring efficiency. |
