PURPOSE:To perform the heat treatment with the stable heating temperature with respect to a base plate supplied one by one by giving a heating value to heat the base plate to heating medium gas via saturated steam of a heating medium liquid. CONSTITUTION:When the wiring base plate 9 is positioned at the prescribed heating station, a gas flow rate regulator 3 flows compressed air 2 with the temperature lower than that of the saturated steam 16. At this time, the heating medium air 13 flowed in a pipe 20 is heated by the heating medium liquid 14 while passing through a part of the heating medium liquid 14 and afterward, enters a part of the saturated steam 16 and is heated. In the course of time till the air 13 as the heating medium gas is sent out from a nozzle 7 as the heated gas 6, although the heating medium gas 13 is heated up to the temperature almost equal to that of the saturated steam 16, it is not heated over the temperature of the saturated steam 16, so it is maintained at the regular temperature.
