PURPOSE:To obtain a hair tonic cosmetic, capable of activating hair matrix cells by directly applying to the hair and having excellent effects, such as hair growth, hair tonic, prevention of depilation and dandruff, by blending ceramide, etc., with vitamin E. CONSTITUTION:A hair tonic cosmetic obtained by blending (A) at least one selected from ceramide, glycosylceramide and galactosylceramide obtained from mammalian epidermis by a normal extracting method with (B) at least one selected from vitamin E and ester compounds thereof (e.g. vitamin E acetate and vitamin E nicotinate). The amounts of both ingredients blended are respectively within the range of 0.01-2.0wt.% and the maximum synergistic effects are exhibited by blending the ingredients (A) with (B) at 1:0.1-3 ratio (A:B). |
