PURPOSE:To suppress the sliding friction among lines by forming a couple of pipe type transmission lines and an axial transmission line in a straight line and connecting adjacent axial transmission lines by a pate shaped transmission line having an elasticity. CONSTITUTION:In operating a drive section 8, a mobile body 5 is moved to move the axial transmission lines 3a, 3b via mount parts 5a, 5b. Thus, if the length of the transmission line comprising stationary pipe transmission lines 2a, 2b and the axial transmission lines 3a, 3b is changed, the phase of an electric signal between input/output connectors 1a, 1b is changed to retard the signal. Moreover, in changing the moving quantity of the drive section 8, the delay quantity of the electric signal is changed consecutively and in providing plural pipe type transmission lines 2a-2d and plural axial transmission line 3a-3d, the delay quantity is increased. The entire transmission line is prolonged to increase the delay and oven if the sliding parts are increased in number, the movable transmission line is slided lightly with respect to the stationary transmission line.
