PURPOSE:To form the fly-wheel of great inertia, by enclosing high specific gravity substance in the hollow section of an external edge section. The diamefer of the fly-wheel 5 like this can be produced up to the dimension of several hundred meters by the selection of material against strength and dividing manufacture. Besides, by increasing the thickness and the enclosed substance, an apparatus with the weight G of several thousand ions can be manufactured.
