PURPOSE:To improve availability factor, by integrally mounting a hollow shaft equipped with a flyer on an edge and its driver on an XYZ table. CONSTITUTION:A flyer rotary winding machine sets up a mounting plate 2 on an XYZ table 1 and is fixed. A mounting plate 2 and flyer 4 having a nozzle 3 on its tip are equipped on an edge. A hollow shaft 6 rotatably provided to a bearing 5 and its driving gear 7 are integrally installed. A timing belt 8 is put around a pulley 9 for the driving gear 7 and a pulley 10 for the hollow shaft 6. The movement of a winding machine is performed as follows: The nozzle 3 on the tip of the flyer 4 moves to the position of a terminal to perform tucking up action. Then, a work 12 is indexed and after cutting work of a wire rod 13 is performed, the nozzle 3 is moved to the take-up position to perform a core take-up movement. A series of these movement are repeated to complete winding movement. |
