PURPOSE:To omit a blower and the loss caused by accessories as well as to facilitate maintenance by a constitution wherein a cooling device is arranged in the upper part of a tank and a liquid phase part of a cooling medium is cooled down, after which it is sprinkled by a sprinkler in the tank. CONSTITUTION:A pump 8 sends a liquid phase part 401 of a cooling medium 4 in a liquid reservoir 101 of a tank 1 to a sprinkler 14 and is sprinkled in a cooling device 11A as becoming droplets. The droplets are over cooled while adhering to the wall and dropping. The liquid phase part 401 is sprinkled by a sprinkler 5 in the upper part of the tank 1 through a pipe 15 in the lower part of the cooling device 11A onto heating elements 2 and 3. The other part is sprinkled into a gas phase part 402 and falls into the liquid reservoir 101. The gas phase part 402 which is vaporized by contact with the heating elements comes in contact with the falling liquid phase part 401 and cools down again thereby. If quantity of the liquid phase part 401 of the cooling medium circulated by the pump 8 is adjusted properly, the falling liquid phase part 401 does not rise up to the boiling point. By this constitution, a cooling device of easy maintenance and low price can be obtained. |
