MICROENCAPSULATED FINE PARTICLE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To form a uniform and thick coated layer on the surfaces of base particles by agitating both the base particles having 1-200mum number average particle diameter and small particles of material for forming the coated layer which have number average particle diameter not more than 1/5 of the number average particle diameter of the base particles at high velocity in air flow. CONSTITUTION:Both base particles having 1-200mum number average particle diameter and small particles of material for forming a coated layer which have number average particle diameter not more than 1/5 of the number average particle diameter of the base particles are agitated at high velocity in air flow and microencapsulated fine particles are produced by forming a coated layer of material for forming the coated layer on the surfaces of the base particles as core substance. The base particles having such distribution of particle diameter that particles having 1-100mum number average particle diameter Sn and particles having particle diameter of a range of Sn + or -20% occupy particles not less than 70wt.% of all base particles are preferably used. The base particles consist of the fine particles of organic or inorganic substance.
