PURPOSE:To improve operability of bedding in selection and contrive sterilization, by providing a means for selecting a tissual cultivated substance delivered from a cultivator according to color and size and means for bedding the selected tissual cultivated substance one by one at a given interval on a culture medium. CONSTITUTION:A device provided with a selecting means 200 for selecting a tissual cultivated substance delivered from a cultivation means 100 according to color and/size and a bedding means 300 for bedding the selected tissual cultivated substance one by one at a give interval on a culture medium. The selecting means is preferably constituted of a filtration means consisting of the first filter means and the second filter means having a smaller mesh spacing than the first filter means and a culture fluid containing a tissual cultivated substance is preferably successively passed therethrough to lead the residual substance on the second filter means to the bedding means.
