PURPOSE:To construct a dam while laying tracks by varying the length of rope from a transport truck to a counter weight truck. CONSTITUTION:A transport truck 1 and a counter weight truck 2 are connected to the ends of the ropes 4 of a winder. A track 7 for the truck 1 is set on part of an embarkment of a dam, and concrete is placed by the truck 1. As the lowering position of the truck 1 rises, a track 8 for the truck 2 is laid and the length of the rope 4 is shortened. The tracks can thus be gradually laid while varying the length of the rope, and the dam can be constructed.
