发明名称 LOAD FORCE CONTROLLER USING PIEZOELECTRIC EFFECT ELEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a load force controller which provides a quick response while being capable of always applying a desired load force to an object, by detecting a repulsive force from the object as voltage utilizing a piezoelectric effect element. CONSTITUTION:A voltage applied from a driving means 2 generates a load force in a piezoelectric element 1 by a reverse piezoelectric effect and the load force is applied to the object 5 to displace the piezoelectric element 1 receiving a repulsive force of the object 5. As a result, due to a piezoelectric effect, the repulsive force is detected by a voltage detection means 3 as displacement of the piezoelectric element 1 in terms of voltage. A control means 4 determines based on a load force-detection voltage characteristic whether the voltage is a specified detection voltage corresponding to a desired load force for the object to control a driving voltage applied by a driving means 2 and thus, a specified load force is applied to the object.
