Universally regulatable controlled two-fluid/air spray valve

A universally regulatable controlled two-fluid/air spray valve is described which serves for the sequential atomising of two fluids (treatment agents) with or without jetted air or for blow-cleaning with compressed air, in particular of compression moulds or injection moulds. The device is a combination of a nozzle head which is adjustable from 0-180@ in all directions and functions according to the external mixing principle, and a plurality of regulating or control valves integrated in the valve body. The device thus contains a fluid-regulating screw in which the nozzle body is accommodated and which is surrounded by an air-regulating screw, also a pneumatically controllable fluid shut-off cone which is connected to the fluid-regulating screw, and finally a pneumatically controllable fluid reversing valve which is integrated in the valve body and is connected, via the fluid shut-off cone and the fluid regulating screw, to the nozzle body. The fluid/air mixing ratio can be adjusted from 0-100% by means of the fluid or air regulating screws.
