<p>Conveyor having an endless, flexible conveying member (10), a drive unit (11) which drives the conveying member (10), a return unit (14) for returning the conveying member (10) and at least one tensioning device (12). To achieve self-tensioning of the conveying member (10) while retaining the possibility of reverse operation, the tensioning device (12) comprises a displaceable tensioning element (19) adjacent to the conveying member (10), a tensioning spring (20) which engages in the tensioning element (19) and exerts a spring force on the conveying member (10), and a unilateral blocking device (21) which blocks a sliding movement of the tensioning element (19) against the direction of action of the tensioning spring (20). The blocking action of the blocking device (21) is counteracted by pressing a deblocking button (22) and the tensioning device (12) can be slid back into a locked position so that the conveying member can be removed.</p> |
