PURPOSE:To prevent the coming-out of a pipe from sloped ground by a method in which an anchor part is attached to the tip of an underdrainage pipe and the underdrainage pipe is buried in the ground. CONSTITUTION:Slope-guide faces 7 and through holes 9 are formed on the counter side face of the tip of a pipe 2 having an inflow opening 5 on its peripheral side. In an anchor part 3, anchor pieces 15 are connected in a mutually facing manner to both ends of a folded part 13, and a bending part is provided on the tip of the anchor pieces 15. Both the folded parts of the anchor part 3 are thrusted through the inside of the pipe 2 to integrate the another part 3 and the pipe 2. Under the condition, they are penetrated into sloped ground, whereupon the folded part 13 is pressed toward the axial direction of the pipe 2, and the anchor pieces 15 are projected from the holes 9 into soil to effect anchoring action on the pipe 2. The coming-out of the pipe 2 from sloped ground can thus be prevented.
