PURPOSE:To maintain the amount of water drop, the size thereof and the interval of dropping water at a constant value while adjusting the amount of water drop as desired, by always automatically maintaining the water level of a main water tank constant. CONSTITUTION:The amount of water drop from a nozzle 14 is constant when the water level of a main water tank 2 is fixed and as the water level lowers, water of a sub water tank 3 passes through a filter 11 to be fed to a main water tank 2 and the water level returns to the original condition. An air controller 6 adjusts the amount of air entering a gap 19 of the main water tank 2 and with the lowering of the water level of subwater 3, air is fed to a gap 18 with an air pipe 20 from the gap 19 of the main water tank via an air filter 8, an air amount adjusting valve 9 and an air exhaust hole 10 as the gap 18 expands to adjust the amount of water dropping from the nozzle 14 with the air amount adjusting valve 9.
