In order to avoid the occurence of interference phenomena during the electric treatment of living beings, a time delay phi is introduced in a generator (7) of stimuli signals (S) between the appearance of the stimuli signals (S) on several channels (A, B, C, D). The stimuli signals (S) thus do not appear simultaneously on the channels and interference phenomena are avoided, even when four or more channels are provided. The corresponding electrodes are electrically heatable or heatable or coolable by a fluid. A fluid can flow through holes in the surface of the electrodes on to the skin. |
