PURPOSE:To obtain an enzyme electrode for multi-item simultaneous analysis with excellent analysis accuracy, by providing a hydrogen peroxide selective transmission film and an enzyme immobilized layer on a conducting thin film electrode layer. CONSTITUTION:A chromium deposit film 20 and a gold deposit film 21 are formed entirely over an insulation substrate 1. After a photoresist pattern is formed thereon, gold and chromium are etched. Then, a photoresist is removed to from a conducting thin film electrode layer 2 comprising two anodes 22 and 23 and one cathode 24. A coat of an acetylcellulose solution is applied and a solvent is volatilized to form a hydrogen peroxide selective transmission film 3. Moreover, a glucose oxidase solution is applied while a glucose oxidase immobilized layer 40 and a uricase solution done to form uricase immobilized layers 41 separately. An anode 22 and a cathode 24 form a glucose sensor while an anode 23 and the cathode 24 a uric acid sensor. |
