PURPOSE:To be free from becoming dirty of a mixing tank due to a forming material of artificial marble by receiving a bag formed by a synthetic resin sheet in the mixing tank mixing the forming material, and forming a mixing space in the bag. CONSTITUTION:The forming material is charged in the mixing space 3 in the bag 2, and a pressure resisting cover 6 is fixed on the tank body 4. Then, the forming material is hermetically sealed in the mixing tank 1, and agitating blades 8 are rotated to mix and agitate the forming material. After finishing of the mix of forming material, air is sent into the mixing tank 1 from an air injection pipe 9 to raise the air pressure on the forming material, which is pressed out through a sending-out pipe 10 to a forming metallic die by the air pressure. For the cleaning of the mixing tank 1, the dirty bag is taken out to abandon the forming material to a waste liquid can, and the bag 2 is abandoned as a disposable bag to a box of waste inflammable things. |
