PURPOSE:To prepare an application program without considering a test program by selecting the execution of the application program or the test program according to a signal obtained from a data input-output terminal after receiving a reset signal. CONSTITUTION:When the reset signal is inputted from a reset signal terminal P3, a branch routine provided with the test program in a ROM 2 is executed. When a signal except the signal which instructs the test program is received from the data input-output terminal P5 at the branch routine, an initialization routine by the application program is executed and a prescribed initialization is executed. Then when a command receptance routine is executed and an external command is inputted through the terminal P5, a processing program is executed. On the other hand, the branch routine receives the command signal of the execution of test program from the terminal P5, it executes the test program.
