<p>PURPOSE:To perform an ideal compensation by providing a plurality of compensation function units, adding the outputs obtained by simultaneously adding a stabilization signal to them, and applying it to an automatic voltage regulator. CONSTITUTION:In order to obtain ideal frequency responding characteristic as a system stabilizer PSS, a frequency band to be phase compensated is suitably divided, and the phase compensations for the bands are shared at PSS function parts 1A-1C. The units 1A-1C so regulate time constants that the characteristics of the bands provided irrespective of other PSS function units become ideal. A stabilization signal ei is input to the thus regulated parts 1A-1C, the obtained outputs ea-ec are added by an adder 6 and applied to an antomatic voltage regulator. Thus, an ideal phase compensation can be performed.</p> |
