PURPOSE:To permit stable and high speed rotation with compact constitution by constituting a rotating body of a ceramics material and fixing a stator coil provided opposite to a magnet to a cover body provided on a supporting body CONSTITUTION:The rotating body 3 is constituted of the ceramics material and the stator coil provided opposite to the magnet 7 is fixed to the cover body 12 provided on the supporting body 4. Since the sp. gr. of the ceramics material is relatively small, weight of the rotating body is small and the controllability of the rotating speed is good. The easy balance adjustment of a polygon rotor is possible. The reduction in the thickness, size and weight of the mirror and the higher speed rotation are thereby permitted. |
