PURPOSE:To obtain the title food product by freezing a fluid or semi-fluid material, dipping it in an aqueous calcium salt solution so that the material can have taste, flavor and appearance similar to natural fruits, thus the product is used as a basic technique for developing new products. CONSTITUTION:The subject food product is obtained by filling vessels of a prescribed shape with a fluid or semi-fluid fruit paste or juice containing a substance which can be converted into a calcium salt, freezing the paste or juice and then, dipping the frozen products in an aqueous calcium salt solution. |
