PURPOSE:To eliminate labor for assembling by making force couple adjustment by rotating the other handle while one handle is held detained. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd handle 7 is held detained by one hand and the 1st handle 6 is rotated by the other hand to adjust the force couple of a 1st handle group. Projecting parts 11a-11d of a 1st spring washer 11 disengage respectively from grooves 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b at this time. The projecting parts 11a-11d fit into adjacent another grooves when the 1st handle 6 is rotated further. The 1st handle 6 is axially moved along an external screw part 3a of a 1st pinion shaft 3 and the spacing between the 1st handle 6 and a nut 9 changes; therefore, the friction force applied to the 1st handle 6 by the 1st spring washer 10 is changed and the force couple is adjusted. The force couple adjustment of the 2nd handle group is executed in the same manner. The labor for the assembling is eliminated, since the labor for adjusting the friction force of the handle and the pinion shaft is not required. |
