PURPOSE:To measure stable and differential pressure by providing an automatic adjusting mechanism which adjust the damping value of an output voltage automatically, etc. CONSTITUTION:Sensor resistances RS1 and RS2 of a sensor provided to the detection part bridge circuit 11 of a transmitter 10 vary in resistance value with pressure applied to the sensor, so a bridge output voltage (e) becomes an electric signal proportional to the pressure. This voltage (e) is amplified 13 and then sent to an output side through a linearity correcting circuit 14, a span temperature compensating circuit, and a bridge voltage supply circuit 12. The intermediate output between the resistance RS2 and reference resistance RD2 of the circuit 11 is amplified 16 and then sent to an output side through a current limiter 17. Thus, the transmitter 10 converts the pressure and differential pressure into electric signals, which are outputted from the output side. Further, the voltage (e) is corrected by the circuit 14, a zero-point adjusting circuit 21, a span adjusting circuit 22, and the damping automatic adjusting circuit 24 of a damping automatic adjusting mechanism 23 and fed back as an output voltage E. Thus, the best damping value is secured and stable pressure and differential pressure measurement is performed. |
