The transmission comprises a planetary pinion (5) mounted in a casing (1) with the possibility of oscillating movement and a pinion carrier shaped as a bushing (7) rigidly connected to an arm (9) on the free end of which a roller (11) is mounted. A second arm (10) with a roller (12) is mounted in the diametrical plane of the planetary pinion (5) at an angle smaller than 180 DEG and symmetrically to the first arm (9). The bushing (7) is spring loaded in the axial direction.
