PURPOSE:To obtain a resin member, which has a high rate of utilization of antibacterial agent and excellent durability of antibacterial effect, by a method wherein foamable material is cast in a mold after liquid, in which the antibacterial agent is dispersed or dissolved, is applied to the inner surface of the mold. CONSTITUTION:Thiobenzadol is mainly used as antibacterial agent. Material for urethane foam 1 consists of polyol, the molar ratio of isocyanate group to hydroxyl group of which exceeds 100%. In order to prepare the material for foam 1, generally, approximate molar equivalent of polyol and of isocyanate are metered and filled in separate containers. Further, amine and water are added in the container filled with the polyol. Furthermore, liquid, in which the antibacterial agent is dispersed or dissolved, is applied onto the inner surface or the surface of a mold, with which poured material for foam 1 is brought into contact. The material for foam 1 is rapidly poured in the mold before the foaming of the material starts. After form molding, the foamed material is released from the mold. |
