摘要 |
PURPOSE:To increase the working efficiency by moving a weld zone detecting sensor while controlling it from a reference point of the torch tip up to the weld zone ahead in the mobile direction of a torch to detect the weld zone in the wide range and automating to set an aim of the torch. CONSTITUTION:Reflected light from the surface of a work A to be welded is photodetected by the sensor 3 to detect a surface shape of the work A to be welded. The detected data by the sensor 3 are subjected to the coordinate transformation with a robot control part 10 and a robot main body 11 is operated according to these data to move the welding torch profiling it. The working efficiency is increased by a device with this constitution. |
