PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of the telephone conference system by extracting routine reservation information stored in a routine reservation information storage means in applying reservation operation and storing the information in the reservation information storage means as reservation information of the routine telephone conference. CONSTITUTION:When a sponser 2 makes a call to a telephone network to reserve a telephone conference whose start time T, number of participants N and duration time H are constant, a reservation information conversion section 151 references a routine reservation information storage section 152 to extract the start time T, number of participants N and duration time H of the telephone conference stored in advance.
