PURPOSE:To form a transfer image having high quality with high speed by incorporating a specified monomer or oligomer in the sensitive component of a transfer recording layer. CONSTITUTION:The transfer recording layer of the titled medium is composed of an image forming elemental body (A) which contains a coloring agent and a component capable of sensitizing to a light energy and heat or energy convertable to the heat and is a solid at a normal temperature. And, the sensitive component contains a photopolymerization initiator and the monomer or the oligomer (B) having an unsatd. double bond, and the component (B) is composed from a compd. having m.p. of 30-150 deg.C, and preferably, the compd. contg. a cyclohexyl ring, an isocyanate ring or a urethane bond in the molecular structure thereof. And, said body (A) is preferably mounted on a supporting body 1a in a layer state or in a mixed state of plural kinds of the particulate bodies 1c and 1d which contain the sensitive components having different photosensitive band ranges respectively. |
