PURPOSE:To improve the matching and amplitude characteristic with the circuit of a receiver by storing a delay line and a peaking purpose inductor in one and same outer package. CONSTITUTION:A problem such as mismatching and increase in the mount space caused in mounting a peaking purpose inductor 3 used to improve the amplitude characteristic of the delay line 2 is solved by storing the line 2 and the inductor 3 in one and same outer package 1, and the delay line device is connected to the circuit via an input side matching resistor R1 and an output side matching resistor R2 by setting and adjusting each component constant of the delay line so as to attain the best matching state thereby obtaining the excellent amplitude characteristic and the best matching state.
