The sliding door (21) for a wardrobe or cupboard is supported by rollers (28) travelling on a rail (25) at the bottom and guided by a rail (1) at the top. Attached to the top of the door are H-shaped connectors (12), carrying C-shaped slides (2) with grooves (9) for the vertical flange of the top rail, which is L shaped in section. Each roller is ball-bearing mounted, with a concave section rim (28) fitting an L-section bottom rail, with a vertical flange which is spherical in section to fit the rollers. The horizontal flange of both the top and bottom rails is secured to the frame by screws (6) and also incorporates a groove (3), holding a rigid guiding rod. The rollers are attached to plates (30) with slots and holes for the securing screws so that the door height can be adjusted by tilting the plates.
