PURPOSE:To make sufficient oxygen feedable to the extent of the material inside as well as to aim at improvement in a superconductive characteristic, by generating the superconductive material on a surface of porous material. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing a ceramic superconductive material containing at least one type selected out of Ia group, IIa group and IIIa group elements is a periodic table, likewise at least one type selected out of Ib group, IIb group and IIIb group elements in the periodic table and O, C, F, N and S, superconductive material is generated on a surface of porous material. The oxide superconductive material obtained like this is large enough in the surface area and a supply of oxygen is sufficient enough, so that the desired oxidation is performed to the extent of the inside, thus other superconductive characteristics of a high superconductive critical temperature can be brought into full play. |
