PURPOSE:To improve the antiabrasive property by sealing up after pouring a foamy resin in a bag-formed resin, and housing it together with an electrode plate group in a battery jar cell chamber before the foamy resin is foam- solidified, so as to foam-solidity the foamy resin and fix the electrode group. CONSTITUTION:When an electrode plate group 3 is inserted in a battery jar 1, a resin bag 8 sealed up beforehand in which a foamy resin material 7 has been poured is inserted in the battery jar at the same time. The foamy resin material 7 inserted together with the electrode plate group 3 is solidified while starting the foaming with the time, and the clearance between the electrode plate group 3 and a rib 1 is blocked up. By blocking up the clearance around the electrode plate group 3, a disorder from the vibration of the electrode plate group 3 is eliminated and the deterioration from the fatigue can be suppressed. Consequently, a high quality storage battery of a high vibration-resisting property as well as of a low cost can be obtained. |
