PURPOSE:To prevent dropwise condensation from developing and make suitable for skeletal material and contrive to regenerate and effectively utilize waste material by a method wherein waste material or right polyurethane foams is made chips and coated with binder and finally thermocompressed through a reaction aid with a building material having corrugated section so as to be into an integral dense body. CONSTITUTION:Waste material of rigid polyurethane foams is turned into chips by grinding or cutting. The size of ground or cut material is 20 mmphi or less. As binder, MDI, crude MDI or further dilute solution of solvent of perpolymer, which is produced by performing the reaction of polyols with the excess amount of isocyanate, is empolyed. The amount of coating of the binder is about 7 parts by weight or more to 100 parts by weight of material turned into chips. Material 24a, which is turned into chips, coated with the binder and mixed, is charged onto the bottom force 54a of a mold. After that, a building material 14 is placed on the material 24a. In this case, a reaction and such as catalyst, adhesive or the like is applied from above in advance to the material 24a turned into chips. Finally, mold closing is done with a top force 54b, the abutting surface of which has the same shape as that of the building material 14, for thermocompression. |
