PURPOSE:To obtain highly-advanced function which can not be attained at the time for forming respective parts individually by adjacently arranging a gate array part and a storage circuit part and positioning a data I/O part of the storage circuit part on the gate array part side. CONSTITUTION:An inter circuit part 1 is formed like an approximately square shape, its layout area is divided into two right and left areas, the gate array part 4 is arranged on the right side, and the storage circuit part 5 is arranged on the left side. The gate array part 4 has many reference cells 41. On the other hand, the storage circuit part 5 is arranged adjacently to the gate array part 4 and its data I/O part is positioned on the gate array part 4 side. Thereby, the gate array part 4 can be extremely tightly connected with the storage circuit part 5. Consequently, the interrelation between the gate array part 4 and the storage circuit part 5 can be strengthened and a highly-advanced function which can not be obtained at the time of forming both the parts individually can be obtained.
