PURPOSE:To form the whole body in thinner structure and to reduce limitations due to the abutting part being not necessitated compared to those which displaces vertically by clamping a die by advancing the pressing member whose driving part is of wedge shape to a projection position from the position inside a through hole. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a die 18 is clamped a press oil is fed to the rear face of a piston 20 to actuate a driving part 12. A pressing member 9 is advanced with the 1st face 7 being guided by a 1st fulcrum part 14 and the 2nd face 8 being similarly guided by a 2nd fulcrum part 15. In accordance with this advance, the pressing part 6 at the tip of the pressing member 9 presses the edge 17 for clamp of the die 18 and fixes the die 18 with the clamping force larger than the pressing force of the piston 20 by the press oil. The pressing member 9 stops at the position in clamping state, holding the die 18 as it is.
