PURPOSE:To access data stored in a memory and to improve inquiry by providing the titled device with an array device for storing plural copies for data structure and a device for checking a difference between displays stored in the device and extracting the stored data structure from a memory bank. CONSTITUTION:The memory bank 110 consists of one or more arrays 112, e.g. arrays 112a-112d, and each array 112 is constituted of plural Mnemonds 114, e.g. Mnemonds 114aa-114ah, 114ba-114bg or the like. The Mnemonds 114 are arrayed in the inside of each array 112 like a linear array and connected like a ring. Each Mnemond 114 stores a data element and allowed to respond to a request for extracting a data element from the memory. Thus, the data structure is stored in the Mnemond for storing the data structure and can be inquired by an address value constituting an associative network to be related to each other based on the association of data structure.
