PURPOSE:To prevent a control part from malfunctioning owing to noise generated in a clock by providing a clock generating circuit and operating a control part with the clock generated by the clock generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:When electric power VCC is supplied from an external power source, the clock generating circuit 3 operates to generate and supply the clock to a control element 2. When a reset signal 5 is supplied from the outside after the electric power and clock, the element 2 is released from being reset to operate, thereby reading and writing data in and out of a memory 1 through an input/output line 6. Thus, the circuit 3 is provided at the inside to generate the clock required for the operation of the element 2, and consequently the generation probability of noise in the clock is less. Therefore, the element 2 is prevented from malfunctioning owing to the generation of a noise in the clock. |
